Benchmark Your Organization Against Other Companies

Your final report will include benchmarking data (standardized scores) that show how your results compare to the results received by other companies.

This can be helpful when deciding which issues to focus on. CVS survey program can be found at the official portal address –

The landscape of issues often looks different when viewed in the context of standardized scores, and potential problem areas that were not apparent in the raw data often emerge.

Focus On What Matters Most

Your report will also highlight the things that matter most to your employees.

It’s really not enough to know that your employees are happy or unhappy with the various aspects of their employment.

Once you also understand what matters most to your employees, you will know exactly where you need to focus your efforts to raise their levels of job satisfaction.

What do you get?

You get to survey 15 to 20 people in your organization. For statistical purposes, we need at least 15 people to complete the survey (unless your company has fewer than 15 employees).

Once your employees have completed the survey, you will get a report showing the distribution of responses to each question.

The report will show you where your employees are most and least satisfied and help you understand what you need to do to increase employee satisfaction.

The report will also include responses to the targeted short answer questions.

There really is no catch or hidden cost, and we’re confident that you’ll get tremendous value from this free survey.

That’s all there is to it.

If you decide that you would like to survey more than 20 people, if you want to customize the survey in any way, or if you want additional reports or analysis, we can provide these things.
